​New 2026 Beginner (Level 1) sessions start: weeks of May 4th and August 31st

​​​​It is recommended that you attend at least two classes a week

60 min Sound Bath with Carrie (this event is for MTCA members only) :  Saturday May 16th 2PM - Cost $20
