This
DVD is designed to help existing TaiChi students improve their
practice to a point where they can feel comfortable and relaxed
when doing Tai Chi set. It includes a video of the entire
108-move set, as well as videos of the individual moves and
foundation exercises, each in a looping playback format. In
addition, these movies have been recorded from multiple camera
angles, which can be accessed through the ?angle? button on
your DVD player's remote control.
